Hello Brawlers,

BakuNano can be very complicated, so please be sure to know what you are doing and do not assume even the smallest thing. Feel free to stop a brawl for a clarification or question on something.

BakuNano have no Ability Cards, but have changing Special Effects, depending on how many turns have passed since the BakuNano was synced to your Bakugan in play. The Special Effects automatically activate on the 3rd, 6th and 9th turn that the BakuNano has been active, and must the first thing to be activated on that turn. These Special Effects cannot be avoided from being activated, unless the BakuNano is stalled.

BakuNanos, while they give double to triple the power from the sync with the Bakugan than Battle Gear, they give less power on average than the lowest Battle Gear Ability does. The Special Effects for BakuNanos activate automatically and cannot be negated except for a "Stat Sacrifice" to stall the opponent's BakuNano, shutting down the system that charged its power, making it useless except for the Power granted to the Bakugan from the sync. See the Handbook for a description of Stat Sacrifice.

Battle Gear is essentially the opposite of BakuNanos.

Battle Gear give a half to a third of the power than BakuNanos on sync, but have double to triple the Power in the Abilities they can use compared to BakuNano Special Effects. Battle Gear don't need to wait to use their Abilities (Only one allowed to be activated per turn), and the weakest of those abilities are stronger than the strongest BakuNano Special Effect but, if the Class I Battle Gear Ability is negated, the chain cannot be continued (unless something else boosts the Energy Level of the Battle Gear, i.e. Gate Cards).

Aeroblaze
Power Level: X1.6 of Base Power Level
Defense: +0.2
Evasion: +6
Special Shot: +57
Turn 3 Special Effect: Increases the Evasion of your Bakugan equipped with Aeroblaze by 5 additional points (this effect remains active for the remainder of the round so long as this Aeroblaze is not stalled).
Turn 6 Special Effect: Increases the Power Level decrements of all Ability Cards that specify your Bakugan equipped with Aeroblaze by 200 points.
Turn 9 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Aeroblaze to decrease an opponent’s Power Level by 400 points.

Hyper Pulsor
Power Level: X1.5 of Base Power Level
Defense: +0.2
Evasion: +5
Special Shot: +54
Turn 3 Special Effect: Increases the Power Level increments of all Ability Cards that specify your Bakugan equipped with Hyper Pulsor by 100 points.
Turn 6 Special Effect: Increases the Power Level decrements of all Ability Cards that specify your Bakugan equipped with Hyper Pulsor by 200 points.
Turn 9 Special Effect: Increases the Power Level transfer rate of all Ability Cards that specify your Bakugan equipped with Hyper Pulsor by 200 points.

Jamsaber
Power Level: X1.4 of Base Power Level
Defense: +0.2
Evasion: +4
Special Shot: +50
Turn 3 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Jamsaber to absorb 100 points from the Power Level increments of Ability Cards activated by your opponent during this round.
Turn 6 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Jamsaber to copy half of each Evasion increment from all of the opponent’s Ability Cards used for the rest of the turn. If the boost is 1 point, absorb the full 1 point of Evasion from the opponent.
Turn 9 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Jamsaber to decrease an opponent’s Power Level by 400 points.

Slicerix
Power Level: X1.5 of Base Power Level
Defense: +0.2
Evasion: +3
Special Shot: + 55
Turn 3 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Slicerix to transfer 100 points per turn from an opponent’s Power Level to the Power Level of your Bakugan equipped with Slicerix.
Turn 6 Special Effect: Increases the Power Level of your Bakugan equipped with Slicerix by 150 points per turn for the duration of the round.
Turn 9 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Slicerix to decrease an opponent’s Defense by 0.4 points. The Defense of the target Bakugan cannot fall below 1.0 with the use of this effect.

Lanzato
Power Level: X1.6 of Base Power Level
Defense: + 0.3
Evasion: + 4
Special Shot: +53
Turn 3 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Lanzato to increase its Power Level by 200 points for each Bakugan currently on your opponent’s side of the field.
Turn 6 Special Effect: Increases the Defense of your Bakugan equipped with Lanzato by 0.4 points.
Turn 9 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Lanzato to transfer 100 points from each of your opponent’s Bakugan's Power Levels to your Bakugan currently equipped with Lanzato's total.

Orehammer
Power Level: X1.5 of Base Power Level
Defense: +0.2
Evasion: +4
Special Shot:+60
Turn 3 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Orehammer to decrease an opponent’s Evasion by 2 points each turn for the duration of the round.
Turn 6 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Orehammer to increase its Power Level by 100 points for each Attribute Specific Ability Card that has currently been activated, and 200 points for each Bakugan Specific Ability Card that has currently been activated.
Turn 9 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Orehammer to decrease an opponent's Evasion by 4 points, while also decreasing that opponent’s Power Level by 200 points for each Bakugan, Bakugan Trap, Battle Gear, and BakuNano that your opponent currently has possession of on the battlefield.

Daftorix
Power Level: X1.6 of Base Power Level
Defense: +0.2
Evasion: + 3
Special Shot: +59
Turn 3 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Daftorix to convert the Environment into a field that supports only the Attribute of the Bakugan equipped with Daftorix. The Environment becomes a +100 boost of the given Attribute.
Turn 6 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Daftorix to convert the Environment into a field that supports only the Attribute of the Bakugan equipped with Daftorix. The Environment becomes a +200 boost of the given Attribute, while also decreasing an opponent’s Power Level by 200 points.
Turn 9 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Daftorix to convert the Environment into a field that supports only the Attribute of the Bakugan equipped with Daftorix. The Environment becomes a +300 boost of the given Attribute, while also decreasing an opponent's Power Level by 200 points.

Slingpike
Power Level: X1.5 of Base Power Level
Defense:  +0.3
Evasion: +4
Special Shot:  +54
Turn 3 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Slingpike to decrease an opponent’s Power Level by 400 points if that opponent’s Evasion is less than the Evasion of the Bakugan equipped with Slingpike. If the Evasion levels are tied or an opponent has more Evasion than your Bakugan equipped with Slingpike, then allows your Bakugan equipped with Slingpike to decrease the current Environmental Boost by 100 points. If this would make it 0, change the Environment to a Plain Arena as well.
Turn 6 Special Effect: If the Environment does not support the Attribute of the Bakugan equipped with Slingpike, add that Attribute onto the list of boosted attributes for the Environment Attribute Bonus, making it +200 points for that Attribute.
Turn 9 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Slingpike to transfer 200 points from an opponent’s Power Level to your Bakugan equipped with Slingpike's total.

Hammermore
Power Level: X1.5 of Base Power Level
Defense: +0.2
Evasion: +4
Special Shot: +58
Turn 3 Special Effect: If the Evasion of your Bakugan equipped with Hammermore is less than the opponent’s, increases the Power Level of your Bakugan equipped with Hammermore by 50 points for each point of Evasion it has lower than the opponent's level. If the Evasion of your Bakugan equipped with Hammermore is more than the opponent’s, prevent that opponent from making their Agility Assault increase their Power Level by any more than 300 points.
Turn 6 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Hamermore to increase its Power Level by 100 points for each point of Evasion you have gained by the use of Ability Cards during this round until the Turn 9 Special Effect is activated.
Turn 9 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Hammermore to decrease each of your opponent's Bakugan's Power Levels by 300 points.

Cross Striker
Power Level: X1.4 of Base Power Level
Defense: +0.2
Evasion: +3
Special Shot: +55
Turn 3 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Cross Striker to increase its Power Level by 200 points for each Bakugan, Bakugan Trap, Battle Gear and BakuNano on your side of the field.
Turn 6 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Cross Striker to increase its Defense by 0.3 points.
Turn 9 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Cross Striker to increase its Power Level by 100 points for each point of Evasion that you've currently gained throughout the current round.

Sonicanon
Power Level: X1.5 of Base Power Level
Defense: +0.2
Evasion: +5
Special Shot: +57
Turn 3 Special Effect: Increases the Power Level increments of all your Ability Cards that specify the Attribute of your Bakugan equipped with Sonicanon by 100 points.
Turn 6 Special Effect: Increases the Power Level decrements of all your Ability Cards that specify the Attribute of your Bakugan equipped with Sonicanon by 200 points.
Turn 9 Special Effect: Increases the Power Level transfer rates of all your Ability Cards that specify the Attribute of your Bakugan equipped with Sonicanon by 200 points.

Bombaplode
Power Level: X1.6 of Base Power Level
Defense: +0.2
Evasion: +3
Special Shot: +58
Turn 3 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Bombaplode to increase any transfer rate from your own Ability Cards by 200 points.
Turn 6 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Bombaplode to increase any transfer rate from your own Ability Cards by 200 points, while also decreasing an opponent’s Power Level by 100 points.
Turn 9 Special Effect: Allows your Bakugan equipped with Bombaplode to increase any transfer rate from your own Ability Cards by 250 points.
